REQUEST FOR QUOTE – PR9231218 – SUPPLY OF 350 KVA GENERATOR SETS:: DUE: JULY 14, 2020

The U. S. EMBASSY ABUJA has a requirement for a generator vendor with track record to supply two (2) new units of 350 KVA Prime Rated Sound Proof Generating Sets with detailed specifications as provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Any generator short of meeting these requirements would not be considered.
The quantity is two (2) units and the preferred shipping location is American Embassy Warehouse Abuja
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
For your quote to be considered valid, please note the following:
- Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
- Vendor Must State BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
- All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST to be sent via email to AbujaProcbids@state.gov , and have the same subject line
- Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
- Deadline for submission is Tuesday July 14, 2020. Quotations should be submitted in two attachments: Technical and Price
Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offers will not be contacted.
