INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST AS VENDORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS.
Solidaridad West Africa (SWA) is part of the global Solidaridad Network, a Dutch international non-profit organization. SWA has its regional office in Ghana and active country offices in Nigeria, Liberia, Sierra Leone and Ivory Coast, with over 50 years of experience in supporting the sustainable development of farmers and production systems across the globe. The focus of the INGO is on the enhancement of value chains of fresh and processed agricultural and other non-agricultural commodities.
SWA in Nigeria is requesting for interested reputable and competent vendors and service providers to submit their proposals to the following services listed below:
CATEGORY A: SUPPLIES
1. Stationery
2. Furniture
3. Computers, Office devices & Accessories; printers, scanners, photocopiers, projector, tabs
4. Supply of vehicles, motorbikes, power generating set, air-conditioners and firefighting equipment
5. Branding and promotional items; jackets, t-shirts, bags, IEC materials
6. Supply of field items; rain boots, hats, cutlasses, fertilizer, agrochemicals, harvesting tools, etc.
7. Supply of communication equipment/gadgets
8. Electronics; refrigerators, television, radio etc
9. Video Production & Editing
10. Supply of petroleum products such as Diesel, PMS, Kerosene
11. Supply of Water
CATEGORY B: SERVICES
1. Repair And maintenance of vehicles and motorbikes
2. Repair and maintenance of equipment such as power generating sets, firefighting equipment
3. Plumbing
4. Repair of office furniture
5. Travels; Air ticketing, car hire services
6. Hotels and Hotel booking
7. Courier services
8. Electrical equipment and maintenance
9. Data and Internet Services
10. Catering Services
11. Legal Services
12. Account and Financial Auditing Services
REQUIREMENTS
All interested vendors and service providers should submit their proposal on company letterhead alongside the following information:
1. Evidence of valid registration with Corporate Affair Commission (CAC) in Nigeria
2. Company/Business registered address
3. Name title, email address and telephone number of key contact person(s) with a valid identification document
4. Evidence of tax payment for the last 1-2 years
5. Tax identification number (TIN)
6. Company Bank Account number
7. Comprehensive company profile with demonstrable evidence of similar jobs executed in the past with referees.
8. A certified true copy of Memorandum and Article of Association (for Limited Liability Company)
SUBMISSION
Application for the Expression of Interest accompanied by the above-listed documents should be sent to nigeria@solidaridadnetwork.org and/or hard copies of documents delivered to Solidaridad Country Office at House C2, Rose Gardens Court, Rangers Avenue, Independence Layout, Enugu, Enugu State on or before 04:00 pm, Friday June 19, 2020.
