ADVERTISEMENT OF REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) FOR THE REHABILITATION OF 33KV LINE FROM BIRNIN YAURI TO ZURU TOWN
DEADLINE: 3RD AUGUST, 2020
The Kebbi State Ministry of Water Resource and Rural Development wishes to invite suitably qualified contractors for the rehabilitation of 33KV line from Birnin Yauri to Zuru town.
1. QUALIFICATION OF FIRMS RESPONDING TO THE (RFQ)
Water engineering firms, representative of manufacturers etc in presenting quotation must
(a) Payment of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT, etc.
(b) Kebbi state ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate
(c) Letter of confirmation by applicant’s Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract.
(d) Certificate of Incorporation for companies/consulting firms
(e) Memorandum and ARTICLES of Association
(f) Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
(g) List of company/consulting firms machineries, equipment and instruments
(h) List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance.
(i) List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualification and year of experience in the field.
(j) Third party insurance
2. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION
Contractors are expected to submit their quotation on or before 3 August 2020.
