PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE FURNITURE

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Skills Development for Youth Employment in Nigeria (SKYE)”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure office furniture with the following but not limited specifications:
16 Butterfly Ergonomic Swivel Chairs, 15 Office Desks – 1600x800x780mm (LxWxH), Executive Desk – 1400x700x780mm + 1000x500x780mm (LxWxH), Round Meeting Table – 900x780mm (diameter x height), 16 Side Drawers – 600x390x540mm (HxWx D), Meeting Room Desk -2400x1000x780mm (LxWxH), 10 Meeting Room Chairs
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIz
Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest
b. Comprehensive company profile
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
d. Introductory bank letter
e. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of furniture. Only third-party evidence will be considered, not a list of similar jobs.
f. Tax clearance certificate which must not be older than two years indicating an average annual turnover of NGN 20,000,0000.00
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja labelled:
