CONDITIONS OF SALE
(1) The highest bidder price shall be the purchaser.
(2) No bidding shall be withdrawn.
(3) The purchaser shall immediately after the sale pay Cash to the Registrar (Litigation) or Head Bailiff.
(4) Payment by cheque and bank draft will not be acceptable.
(5) There will be a reserved price.
