INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION NOTICE FOR NON-CONSULTANCY SERVICES
DEADLINE: 18TH SEPTEMBER, 2020
1. Pan African University of Life and Earth Sciences Institute (PAULESI) located at the University Of Ibadan, Ibadan-Nigeria is a continental organization under the African Union Commission (AUC).We would like to prequalify service providers for the following categories of goods and services. This is therefore to invite the service providers to apply for prequalification of the following services listed below:
I. Provision of Printing and Publication Services
II. Conference and meeting venues including accommodation(Hotels)
III. Supply of fuel, oils and lubricants
IV. Provision of motor vehicle repairs
V. Provision of vehicle/car hire/shuttle services (cabs & minibuses)
VI. Provision of routine motor vehicle maintenance and servicing
VII. Supply of office machines and equipment
VIII. Supply of office stationery and consumables
2. Qualification Criteria:
I. Registered company with over 5 years experience in the sector
II. Evidence of tax compliance subject to verification with relevant Tax agencies
III. Evidence of ownership/shareholders
IV. List Of clients served in the last 5 years with contact person’s Tel. No
V. Location of current premises with appropriate map direction
VI. Evidence of qualified staff and availability
VII. Three distinguished referees with Telephone and email contacts
3. Submission Details:
I. Hand written application accompanied with relevant evidences in No 2
II. Sealed envelopes addressed to Director PAULESI, P.M.B. 20 UI
III. The right hand corner of the envelope must bear the type of service applied for, in case of more services being applied for, each service must have a separate application.
IV. Hand delivered to our offices at the back of the Department of School Library and Media Technology, Abadina, near UI Guest House.
