INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACTS FOR THE REHABILITATION AND PROVISIONAL STRUCTURES TO DR AMINA ABUBAKAR GIRLS SECONDARY SCHOOL BIRNIN KEBBI
DEADLINE: 2ND SEPTEMBER, 2020
1 The Kebbi State Ministry for Basic and Secondary Education wishes to invite suitable qualified contractors to bid the project rehabilitation and provisional additional structures at Dr Amina Abubakar Girls Secondary School Birnin Kebbi
a. Scope of work are:
i. Rehabilitation of existing structures
ii. Construction of class room
iii. Construction of staff quarters
iv. Construction of student hostel
v. Construction of library and sick bay
vi. Construction offirewood kitchen and toilets
b. Qualification of firms Responding to the (RF)
The contractors or representatives of the firms etc must show clear evidence of:
i. Payment Of corporate taxes, PAYE, VAT e.t.C.
ii. Kebbi State Ministerial Tenders Board Certificate
iii. Letter of confirmation by applicant’s Bankers on having financial capacity to execute the contract
iv. Certificate of incorporation for companies/conduct firms
v. Memorandum and articles of association
vi. Registration with professional/regulatory bodies as would be applicable
vii. List of previous works/services executed within Kebbi State and evidence of performance.
Viii. List of company/consulting firms personnel including qualifications and year of experience in the field.
ix. Third party insurance.
2. Deadline for submission of quotation
The construction firms/representatives of the company etc are to submit quotation on or before Wednesday 2nd September 2020.
The ministry for Basic and Secondary Education reserves the right to reject any
quotation that does not meet its requirement.
