The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to supply a unit of Toyota Camry with the following spec:

  • Model:               Most recent 2020
  • Transmission:   Quote for both options – Manual and Automatic
  • Engine:               Petrol

The quantity is One (1) and the preferred shipping location is American Embssy Warehouse Abuja

The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.

FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:

  1. Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
  2. Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
  3. All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST to be sent via email to AbujaProcbids@state.gov, and have the same subject line
  4. Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
  5. Deadline for offer submission is  Friday August 21, 2020. Offers should be in two separate attachments; Technical and Price
