GSO WAREHOUSE- SEALED BID AUCTION
The United States of America Embassy will conduct a sealed bid auction sale of used furniture, Appliances and vehicles etc., as follows:
Inspection and Bidding dates: Wednesday, October 14th, Thursday 15, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Winning Bidders Notification: Friday, October 16 and Monday, October 19th
Collection of Payment and Duty: Wednesday, October 21 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Property removal date: Saturday, October 24 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Important:
-Bidders will be granted access to the warehouse auction grounds in limited numbers by the security guards and permitted 20 minutes for inspection and bid submission. More time can be permitted if requested.
– Bidding sheets will be available at the entrance. Submission of bids into a sealed box will be allowed on the viewing days. Deadline for the submission of bids will be by 3pm Thursday, October 15, 2020.
– U.S. Government representatives will open the box by 3:30pm on Thursday October 15, and the winning bidders will be contacted by phone and email.
– Winning bidders must come to the warehouse on Wednesday October
21 by 9am to make payments.
-Please note: Buyers are responsible for ensuring the payment of all
appropriate customs duties on items purchased to the Nigerian
Customs Service.
