KADUNA STATE RURAL WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION AGENCY (RUWASSA) INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF VARIOUS ITEMS
The Kaduna State Government through its Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Agency (RUWASSA) invites Competent and reputable firms for the prequalification and tender for the Procurement of One (1) Unit Drilling Rig/Compressor, Accompanying Equipment and Accessories and the Procurement of Portable 1No Additional State of the Art Drilling Rig and Accompany Equipment, Model LDT360.
SCOPE OF WORK
The Scope of work will cover the following:
LOT 1: Procurement of One (1) unit Drilling Rig/Compressor Accompanying Equipment and Accessories.
LOT 2: Procurement of Portable 1 No. Additional State of the Art Drilling Rig and Accompany Equipment, Model LDT360.
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
I. Certificate of Registration/Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission
II. Evidence of current tax clearance for three years (2017, 2018&2019)
III. Current Registration of Business Premises with Kaduna State Ministry of Business Innovation and Technology Commerce
IV. Current Certificate of Registration with RUWASSA Kaduna.
V. Current Certificate of Registration with Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority
VI. Company Audited Accounts for three years (2017, 2018&2019)
VII. Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking support.
VIII. Experience/Technical qualification and experience of key personnel.
IX. Company Profile with list of key personnel and their qualification/experience.
X. Evidence of other similar verifiable projects successfully executed/completed within the last Three (3 yrs.)
XI. VAT Registration and Evidence of past VAT remittance at least in the last three years etc.
XII. Any other relevant information that would be helpful in determining the firm’s eligibility.
XIII. A Non-refundable Certified Bank Draft of N100,000.00 made payable to the KADUNA STATE GOVERNMENT.
COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Interested Firms should collect Bid Documents from the Secretary Resident Due Process Committee, RUWASSA No.3 Sokoto Road Kaduna, upon presentation of payment receipt of non-refundable fee of N100,000.00 only.
SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
The pre qualification submission (Technical and Financial Bids) must be made In three copies (ONE original and TWO photocopies) in a sealed envelope
clearly marked in the top corner with the title of the LOT
-Procurement of One (1) unit Drilling Rig/Compressor Accompanying Equipment and Accessories.
-Procurement of Portable 1No Additional State of the Art Drilling Rig and Accompany Equipment.
The submission should be addressed and delivered not later than 12:00 noon TWO weeks after the placement of the advert to:

All submissions will be opened immediately after the deadline of submission in the above stated address in the presence of all interested Firms that choose to attend.

-Only Bids that meet the pre-qualification requirement and are found capable of executing the project(s) shall be considered
-This advertisement shall not be construed as a contract award or any commitment on the part of the Kaduna state Government or its Ministry, nor shall it entitle any firm/institution to make any indemnity from Kaduna State
or any of its MDAS by virtue of such firms/institutions having responded to this advertisement.
-Late submissions will not be entertained.
