KNUPDA, KANO ADVERT FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
DEADLINE: 11TH NOVEMBER, 2020
Kano State Government is desirous of entering into Partnership with interested investors under Public Private Partnership (PPP) for the Construction of Two storey SHOPPING MALL AND CORNER SHOPS along BUK Road by Kofar Famfo, Kano, which comprises the followings;
1. TEN (10) NUMBER SHOPS AT GROUND & FIRST FLOOR
2. FOUR (4) NUMBER SUITES AT FIRST & SECOND FLOOR
3. SHOPPING MALL AT ALL FLOORS
Interested investors should obtain the necessary documents from the Office of the Director Architecture, Kano State Urban Planning and Development Authority (KNUPDA) not later than Seven (7) days from the date of this publication after payment of a non-refundable fee of N500,00000 (Five Hundred Thousand Naira) Only.
(B) PRE- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: –
(1.0) Evidence of Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(2.0) Company Audited Account for the last Three years.
(3.0) Evidence of Tax Clearance for the last Three years.
(4.0) Bank reference from reputable Bank indicating financial capabilities to handle the project
(5.0) Evidence of relevant verifiable experience on similar works in Nigeria over the last three years stating cost, location and completion certificate where available
(6.0) Vat Registration certificate and evidence of VAT remittance.
(7.0) Evidence of Registration with Ministry of Commerce, Kano State
(8.0) Evidence of Registration with Ministry of Works & Infrastructure, Kano State.
(9.0) Company office address and Phone number/email and website where available.
(C) SUBMISSION:
Submission of Application for Expression of Interest (EOI) should be in a sealed envelope with the name of the project clearly marked on top right hand corner of the envelope and delivered by hand or Registered mail, not later than two (2) weeks from the date of this publication (11th November, 2020). The document shall be forwarded to:-
