EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF DIFFERENT ITEMS

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Programme for Migration and Development (PME)”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure 362 Units of Office Furniture in two (2) Lots by delivery to Lagos and
Abuja with the following but not limited specification:
Lot 1: 309 Units of Furniture which include the following:
Reception Desk, Podium, Foldables Chair, Foldable Table, Executive Office Chair, Cabinet, High Bar stools, Training Hall Tables, Couch, Office desk with movable Drawers, Office desk with movable Drawers, Executive Office Chairs,
High Kitchen Table, Workstations of 4 with movable drawers, coffee Table with Chairs, Couch, Conference Table to sit 10 People, Plastic Chairs, Plastic Tables
Lot2: 50 Units Computer Tables and Chairs; 3 Units Cabinets
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in Office Furniture.
d. Introductory bank letter addressed to GIZ Nigeria.
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 45,000,000.00 minimum in the year 2018/2019
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of Office Furniture). Only third-party evidence will be considered, not a list of similar jobs.
For consideration, all interested bidders should submit the aforementioned documents as a hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja labelled:

Your complete documents should not be more than 16 pages.
Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated, not later than Thursday October 22nd, 2020 by 6pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
