INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION OF A DIGITAL MATCHMAKING EVENT FOR BUYERS.

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; through its “GIZ Global Business Network Programme (GBN). financed by the German Government, cordially invites interested and qualified consulting firms to express their interest
For the planning and organization of a digital matchmaking event for buyers covering the Central and West African region.
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified consulting firms to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. An official letter expressing interest
b. Minimum of 5 employees as at 31.12.19 (kindly state number
of employees in your company profile)
c. Working experience/ good knowledge of the Ivorian and Senegalese private sector in the chosen agricultural and horticultural value chains, and Profound knowledge of the Ivorian and Senegalese and preferably also the Cameroonian
agricultural and horticultural export products/ agribusiness.

d. Tax clearance certificate for the last 3 years clearly indicating average turnover of 9 million naira per year
For consideration, all interested consulting firms should submit the aforementioned documents as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No. 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja.
Kindly endeavour to label the envelope as:
