INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS, RENOVATION AND PROCUREMENT
DEADLINE: 18TH NOVEMBER, 2020
This invitation for pre-qualification for tenders follows the release of Matching Grant for 1, 2, 3 &4 Quarters 2019 Allocation of the UBE Intervention Fund for the development of Public Schools (Pre- Primary, Primary Schools and
Junior Secondary Schools) for Infrastructures. In compliance with the policy of due process of the federal Republic of Nigeria, the state Universal Basic Education Board, Sokoto wishes to invite Pre Qualified Contractors who wishes to tender for the following projects.
CATEGORY “A”
-Construction of 10 Blocks of 20 Classrooms and Veranda at ECCDE Schools.
-Construction of 54 Blocks of 162 Classrooms, Office, Store and Veranda at Primary Schools
-Construction of 33 Blocks of 99 Classrooms, office, store and veranda at Junior secondary School
-Construction of 5 No Wall Fence
-Construction of 22 No 4 Compartment Toilet
-Construction of 16 No Water Sanitation
-Construction of 27 No Agric Garden
CATEGORY B
-Renovation of 100 Blocks of 281 Classrooms at Primary Schools and Junior Secondary Schools
CATEGORY C
-Procurement and Distribution of Metal Double Seater, Tables and Chairs for Primary and Junior Secondary Schools Across the State
-Procurement and Distribution of ECCDE set of Plastic Furniture
-Procurement and Distribution of Metal Double Seater, Tables and Chairs for Primary and Junior Secondary Schools Teachers Across the State
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
in view of the above, the Board invites interested and qualified contractors to submit the following documents for the purpose of pre-qualification
i. Valid Certificate of Incorporation
ii. Current Tax Clearance for the past Three Years
iii. Evidence of Registration with State Universal Basic Education Board, Sokoto
for 3 years
iv. Evidence of past performance of the company with similar Project/Supply/training
v. Contact Address and Phone Number
vi. Registration with ITF
vii. Registration with BPP
viii.Pencom Certificate
ix. Evidence of Registration with state BPP and PPP
a) Prospective Contractors and Suppliers should Submit their sealed documents addressed to the Director Planning, Research, Statistics and Development of State Universal Basic Education Board, sokoto not later than 21 days from the date of this publication
b) Tender Bidding documents will only be issued to shortlisted pre-qualified applicants at end of pre-qualification period on payment or a non-refundable tender fee N30,000:00 only
c)The board reserves the right to reject any or all pre-qualification submission and or discontinue potential tender to make any claims whatsoever and seek an indemnity from the Board on account of responding to this advert. The Board shall not go into any correspondence with non pre-qualified contractors in any form
