PHOTOCOPY MACHINES MAINTENANCE CONTRACT

The Embassy of the United States of America, Abuja invites you to submit a quotation for Photocopy Machines Maintenance Contract for a one base year, and four one-year options at U. S. Embassy, Abuja, Nigeria.

Your quotation must be submitted to the Contracting Officer in an email to AbujaProcbids@state.gov on or before November 9, 2020, 6PM (Local Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Your email must be titled “Solicitation #PR9437146 for Photocopy Machines Maintenance Contract”

For a quotation to be considered, you must submit the following:

  1. Completed Standard Form (SF) 1449
  2. Section 1, Pricing and the excel pricing sheets as provided in attachment B in local currency (Naira)
  3. Comprehensive technical proposal, including but not limited to:
    • Your methodology for the performance of this contract,
    • Performance schedule,
    • Past performance for the same or similar contract for the past three (3) years with valid phone numbers, and email addresses of the POCs;
    • Proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), etc.
    • Proof of financial capability to handle the project
  4. Section 5, Representations and Certifications and ensure compliance with FAR 52.229-11 is completed with IRS Form W-14 found at www.irs.goc/w14
  5. Additional information as required in Section 3 and 4 of the solicitation documents
