EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF 231 UNITS OF VARIOUS IT EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
DEADLINE: 16TH NOVEMBER, 2020
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH; “Programme for Migration and Development (PME)”, financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure 231 Units of Various IT Equipment and Accessories in the Following Lots:
LOT 1: 66 Units IT Equipment Comprising 14″ Laptops, Projector, Industrial Photocopier, Scanner, Laser Printer, wireless Modem. All to be delivered to Abuja, Nigeria
LOT 2: 117 Units IT Equipment Comprising 14″ Laptops, Industrial Photocopier, All-in-One Desktop Computer, UPS, Extension Boxes, Printers. All to be delivered to Lagos, Nigeria
LOT 3: 48 Units IT Equipment Comprising 14″ Laptops, Projector, Industrial Photocopier, Scanner, Laser Printer, wireless Modem, Public Address System.
All to be delivered to Benin, Edo State, Nigeria
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:
a. Comprehensive company profile
b. An official letter expressing interest.
c. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT.
d. Evidence of being financially capable to finance such tender preferably introductory bank letters.
e. Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 99,120,000.00 minimum in the year 2018/2019
f. Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of ÍT equipment). Only third-party evidence will be considered, not a list of similar jobs.
