AUCTION SALES OF UNSERVICABLE VEHICLES AND SCRAP EQUIPMENT
DEADLINE: 10TH DECEMBER, 2020
The Receiver/Manager of a government agency has engaged Phigeal Integrated Services Intl Limited and Bennis Strategic Services Nigeria Limited to carry out the public auction sales of some unserviceable and scrap equipment “as is and where is”. The items include but not limited to Heavy and Light Duty Trucks, Light Vehicles, Generators and Buses.
BIDDING PROCESS:
(1) The items are to be sold “as is and where is” basis to the highest bidders if the bid is above the reserve price set.
(2) All interested bidders should indicate their interest by reaching the undersigned and inspection will subsequently be arranged.
(3) The items are in Port-Harcourt -Rivers State.
(4) Physical Inspection of the items will hold between 10 am and 2 pm each day from 25th November, 2020 to 8th December, 2020.
(5) The Auction is scheduled to take place in Port- Harcourt on 10th December, 2020 at 10:00am
(6) Successful bidders will be required to make a non- refundable deposit of 25% of their bid price while completion of payment must be within 24hours to the designated bank account.
(7) Failure to effect payment of full bid amount within 24hours invalidates the sale and the next highest bidder will be contacted to make full payment immediately.
(8) Upon receipt of full payment, the item will be handed over to the successful bidders who will be required to relocate the items within 7 days of full payment.
(9) The items purchased are subject to FGN VAT @ 7.5%. The VAT must be paid with the bid value.
EQUIPMENT/ ITEMS ARE SOLD AS-IS
This publication and process neither creates any commitment nor establishes any binding or legal obligation on the seller. All costs incurred by prospective buyers as a result of responding to this advertisement and any subsequent request for information shall be on the prospective buyers’ account.

Also note that all Covid-19 safety protocols including compulsory wearing of mask will be strictly observed during the Inspection and Auction.
