INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE UPGRADE OF EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES

The SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria seeks to execute some educational intervention projects in three communities in Edo State Nigeria. Three primary schools have been earmarked for this project in Owina, Umuegbe and Uyiosa local government areas in Edo State.
Based on the above, SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria is now seeking to SELECT BUILDING CONTRACTORS /CONSTRUCTION FIRMŠ for the renovation of the existing educational facilities.
1. TENDER REQUIREMENTS
All interested and qualified contractors should submit the following documents/information for assessment and consideration:
i. Evidence of Registration of Company with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
ii. Evidence of Registration with PENČOM
iii. All Evidence of Registration with FIRS for VAT collection and TIN
iv. Evidence of similar jobs executed in the last 4 years
v. Evidence of Financial capability and possible bank support
vi. Evidence of Registration with professional bodies
vii. Tax clearance certificate to be valid up to 31/12/2019
viii Evidence of contribution to ITF
2. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Tender documents will be made available upon payment of non-refundable tender processing fees of N60, 000 (Sixty thousand naira) from MONDAY 2ND NOVEMBER, 2020 Interested suppliers are required to make the non-refundable payment SOS Children’s Villages Nigeria, account name: Zenith Bank, account number: 1010633084, Swift Code: 057150013. and send the payment confirmation slip to: pre.qualification@sos-nigeria.org. Upon receipt of the payment confirmation and verification, you will receive the Tender Package.
3. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENT
Copies of Tender documents should be submitted in soft copies titled “Tender for SOS CVN EDO STATE INTERVENTION PROJECT” and sent to the following email addresses within 1 week from the date of this advertisement, on or before 10am on MONDAY 9TH NOVEMBER 2020. pre.qualification@ sos-nigeria.org cc info@imarcproconsult.com
4. OPENING OF BIDS
The Bid Document shall be opened on MONDAY 9TH NOVEMBER 2020.
Results of opened tenders will be emailed to the bidders the same day.
