INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
CLIENT:  ASUBEB, UMUAHIA

The Abia State Universal Basic Education Board, Umuahia in conjunction with the Universal Basic Education Commission Abuja, intend to utilise the FGN-UBE Year 2016 and 2107 Special Needs education Intervention in the execution of Infrastructural Projects at Various Schools with special needs.

The Abia State Universal Basic Education Board (ASUBEB), Umuahia hereby invites “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION” for eligible bidders for execution of contract, as indicated below

PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bidders are required to submit the under-listed documents for pre-qualification

  • Company Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with CAC
  • Evidence of Current Tax Clearance
  • Evidence of VAT Certificate
  • Evidence of Company’s Financial Capability
  • Evidence-of similar jobs undertaken and satisfactorily completed by the company in previous years will be added advantage
  • Evidence of Registration with ASUBEB (20,000.00) Twenty Thousand Naira only
  • Evidence of Payment of Non-refundable Pre-qualification fee of (N30,000.00) Thirty thousand naira only for construction and Supply Projects
  • Company Profile showing all other company details

SUBMISSION:
All duly Hard and Soft Copies (in Flash Disk) of completed applications should be submitted in an envelope marked “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST” at the top right corner of the envelope with the Company’s Name boldly written at the reverse side and addressed to:

NOTE
Bid documents shall be collected after success from the Pre-qualification exercise. Submission of Bid Documents must be made not later than 12 Noon, within six (6)  weeks from the date of this publication (23, February, 2021)

THIS INVITATION TO TENDER SHALL NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT TO ABIA SUBEB NOR SHALL IT ENTAIL THE BIDDER TO MAKE ANY CLAIM OR SEEK ANY INDEMNITY FROM ABIA SUBEB BY VIRTUE OF SUBMISSION OF SUCH TENDERS
