INVITATION TO BID FOR REHABILITATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF MOTORIZED WATER SCHEMES/ SOLAR POWERED WATER SCHEMES/ SUPPLY OF HAND PUMP SPARE PARTS/ EXTENSION OF ELECTRICITY AND REHABILITATION OF 33 KVA LINE ACROSS THE STATE
(1) INTRODUCTION
In consonance with the avowed objectives of this administration towards the provision of basic amenities, the Kebbi State Government intends to carry out the following projects:-
(1) Provision of 2 Nos. Solar Powered Water Schemes in Dandi Local Government Area.
(2) Procurement of Hand Pumps spare parts for the maintenance of non-functional Hand Pumps in Zuru Local Government Area.
(3) Construction of 2 Nos. Solar Powered Water Schemes, Construction of 2km pipe Distribution Network and repairs of 2 No. Water Schemes of Birnin Kebbi North in Birnin Kebbi Local Government Area.
(4) Construction of 2 No. Solar Powered Water schemes in Maiyama Local Government Area.
(5) Construction of 16 No. Hand Pumps, procurement of spare parts for maintenance of non-functional Hand Pumps in Fakai Local Government Area.
(6) Provision of 5 No. Solar Powered Water Schemes, Construction of 3 No. Hand Pumps and Supply of Spare Parts for non-functional Hand Pumps in Yauri Local Government Area.
(7) Construction of 5 No. Hand Pumps, provision of Hand Pump materials and rehabilitation of 2 No. Water Schemes in Danko Wasagu West.
(8) Construction of 7 No. Solar Powered Water Schemes and Construction of 4 No. Motorized Water Schemes in Arewa Local Government Area.
(9) Construction of 1 No. Solar Powered Water Scheme and 1 No. Hand Pump Water Scheme in BagudoWest.
(10) Construction of 2 No. Solar Powered Water Schemes and rehabilitation of 1 No. Non-functional Water Scheme in Suru Local Government Area
(11) Construction of 2 No. Hand Pumps in Ngaski Local Government Area
(12) Construction of 1 No. Motorized, 1 No. Solar Schemes and 11 No. Hand Pumps in Shanga Local Government Area.
(13) Construction of 17 No. Hand Pumps and rehabilitation of over head Tank in Birnin Kebbi South.
(14) Construction of 2 No. Hand Pumps in Augie Local Government Area.
(15) Procurement of Hand Pump Spare Parts and rehabilitation of 2 No. Non-functional Hand Pump in Danko Wasagu East
(16) Rehabilitation of 33 KVA line and extension of LT line in Zuru Local Government Area.
(17) Extension of Electricity in Argungu Local Government Area.
(18) Supply and Installation of 2 No. Transformers in Fakai Local Government Area.
(19) Supply and Installation of 500 KVA Transformer in Kalgo Local Government Area.
(20) Repairs of Electricity in Bagudo West
(21) Construction and Extension of Electricity in Bunza Local Government Area.
(22) Purchase and Installation of 25 No. Solar Lights in Ngaski Local Government Area.
(23) Supply of Transformer and Extension of Electricity in Shanga Local Government Area.
(24) Extension of Electricity Supply and Installation of armored Cable in Birnin Kebbi South.
(25) Electrification of a 33 KVA line and extension of electricity supply in Augie Local Government Area.
(26) Renovation of 1 No. Earth Dam in Ngaski Local Government Area.
(27) Improvement of Water Supply in Command Science Secondary School Girls Goru (Birnin Kebbi)
Interested contractors are expected to collect bids documents from the office of the Director Planning, Research and Statistics, Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development, Gwadangaji Secretariat Bimin Kebbi.
PRE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractor must show clear evidence of;
(a) Payment of Corporate Taxes, PAYE, VAT etc;
(b) Ministerial Tenders Registration Certificate;
( c) Certificate of incorporation for Companies/ Consulting firms;
( d) Memorandum and Articles of Associations;
( e) List of previous work/service executed and evidence of performance.
(IV) DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS
Quotations are to be submitted on or before 17th January 2021.
(IV) The Ministry of Water Resources and Rural Development, Kebbi State reserves the right to reject any quotation that does not meet its requirement.
