INVITATION TO BID FOR PROPERTIES FOR SALE IN ENUGU STATE
The Anambra State Government of Nigeria is desirous of selling the following properties in ENUGU STATE OF NIGERIA to interested members of the public.

ELIGIBILITY FOR PARTICIPATION
To participate in the process, an interested party must not be a public officer of Anambra State Government.
(1) BIDDING PROCESS:
(i) Bidding is competitive.
(ii) Bid forms must be submitted alongside 10% of the bid amount in certified Bank Draft payable to the Anambra State Government
(iii) Bid submission must be made in sealed envelope BID FOR PROPERTY….. “Plot No….. Enugu” on the top left corner of the envelope
(iv) The certified Bank Draft for unsuccessful bidders will be returned/refunded once the bidding process is concluded.
(iv) The successful bidders will be required to pay the outstanding balance of 90% of the bid price within 30 calendar days of the bid submission deadline, failing which the 10% deposit becomes non- refundable and the property can be offered to other buyers.
(v) NOTE PROPERLY that bids cannot be withdrawn or cancelled once submitted.
(2) SUBMISSION OF BIDS:
(i) Bids for properties must be sealed and submitted in the designated bid box at the following address:

(ii) The deadline for the submission of the bid is 12 noon, Friday the 29th day of January 2021.
(iii) All bids submitted will be opened at the Government House Awka at 1: 00 pm on FRIDAY THE 29TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2021.
(3) OPENING OF BIDS:
All bidders or their representatives are welcome to be present at the bid opening. The highest bid for each property will emerge the winner subject to the highest bid being equal to or above the reserve price. Result will be announced immediately after the conduct of the exercise.
(ii) In the event of a tied bid opening or where none of the bids match or exceed the reserve price bidders will be required to submit fresh bids at the bid opening. The outcome of bid submission will be announced thereafter.
(iii) Conclusion of sale of properties may further be subjected to higher authority’s approval.
(4) PROPERTY INSPECTION
