INVITATION TO TENDERS FOR HOUSING CONSTRUCTION WORKS PROJECTS
INTRODUCTION
The Borno State Government through Borno State Ministry of Housing and Energy, in compliance with the Borno State Bureau on Public Procurement Law 2019, wishes to invite interested reputable and competent Contractors to submit a tender for THE CONSTRUCTION OF 12 NO. 2 BEDROOM HOUSES (3 BLOCKS OF 1- STOREY 2 BEDROOM SEMI-DETACHED HOUSES) AND 12 NO. 1 BEDROOM HOUSES (3 BLOCKS OF 1 STOREY 1 BEDROOM SEMI- DETACHED HOUSES) Projects.
a. Lot 1. Two Bedroom Semi-Detached (1- Storey Building) Residential Duplex
b. Lot 2. One Bedroom Semi-Detached (1- Storey Building) Residential Duplex
c Lot 3. Construction of Perimeter block Wall Fencing with Security Wire and Gate House.
1. PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission
2. Evidence of registration with Borno State Bureau on Public Procurement and payment of relevant fees.
3. Reliable list of similar work executed (letter of Award/Certificate of completion photo copy attached)
4. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
5. Evidence of VAT registration/VAT remitted
6. List of Corporate Management and Technical Staff
7. Audited Financial Report and Account for the last three years
8. Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (ECS Clearance Certificate)
9. National Pension Commission (Pension Clearance Certificate)
10. Affidavit of Compliance with Public Procurement Law, 2019
11. Sworn Affidavit that the Company is not in receivership
List of the pre-qualified bidders will be placed on the Notice Board of the Borno State Ministry of Housing andEnergy, State Low-cost, Maiduguri.
2. COLLECTION TENDER DOCUMENT
Interested Bidders may collect Tender Documents from Desk Officer (Yagana Dio Umar, DPRS & Ministerial Tenders Board Secretary) projects from 15th January, 2021 to 4th February, 2021 (for 21 days) from Monday- Friday) upon payment of appropriate administrative charges and non-refundable Tender Fees.
3. SUBMISSION OF TENDER
Tender are to be deposited in the Tender Box at the Conference Hall of the Ministry of Housing and Energy, State Low-cost, Maiduguri Borno State from 15th
January between 8.00a.m to 4.00p.m, and closed at 12.00 noon on 4th February, 2021.
The Tender Documents should be clearly marked “tender” for specific Tender lot, addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Energy,
State Low-cost, Maiduguri. The tender documents shall be opened immediately after the deadline for submission.
4. NOTE
Tenders submitted after deadline of submission will not be entertained
Borno State Ministry of Housing and Energy, will not be liable for improper submission or unregistered tenders.
Any tender that does not comply with the above requirements or any Torm or Deviation from the requirements will be rejected.
