Following the declaration of State of Emergency in the Health sector by His Excellency, The Execute Governor of Bauchi State Sen Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, CON (Kauran Bauchi) the Bauchi State Government intends to execute massive rehabilitation and construction of Healthcare facilities across the state.

2.The Bauchi State Ministry of Health invites sealed Bids from interested eligible Bidders for an Emergency Procurement of the following:-

3. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bid (RFB) as specified in the National Procurement Regulation and is open to all eligible Bidders. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the address below and inspect the Bidding Document from 10:00am 4.00pm Mondays-Fridays excluding public holidays
4. The Bidding Document may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of written application to the address below and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000 00) only and present the payment evidence to the procurement unit for the issuance of Bidding Document
5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12:00 noon of Friday 19th March, 2021. Electronic Bids submission would not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
Bids will be open in the presence of the Bidder’s designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-security of 2% of the Bid price for each LOT.
