The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a qualified and registered realtor to provide:
(1) An annual market rental of Abuja property Market
(2) Comprehensive market rental survey on Abuja real estate market on these property types:
- 3 and 4 Bedroom apartments
- 3, 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms townhomes, duplexes and houses in areas within Abuja ring road including:
Asokoro, Guzape, Garki, Garki 11, Wuse, Wuse 11, Maitama, Aso Drive, Central Area, Durumi, Apo, Gudu, Maitama, Mpape, Katampe, and Katampe District.
(3) Realtor shall provide actual house types and addresses even if residence is occupied for the report
You are invited to submit a quotation.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:
(i) Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
(ii) Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
(iii) All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST be a direct reply to this email, and have the same subject line; copying Abujaprocurement@state.gov
(iv) Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
(v) Deadline for offer submission is March 10, 2021
