INVITATION TO SUBMIT TENDER FOR THE FABRICATION AND SUPPLY OF 20 UNITS HAND WASHING STATIONS IN BENUE STATE

(1) Pre-Qualifying Documents
(a) Letter of Intent to Bid

Note:
If you have submitted your pre-qualifying documents for any bid within the last 3 months and you do not have any new updates on the documents, please state that in your letter. Otherwise, you will have to submit fresh copies.

Your bid must be accompanied by:
Proposed work plan for the job clearly stating mobilization period (in days from the date of intimation from Gede Foundation) and completion period and all the milestones to be achieved (in days) the validity of your quotation

(3) Instructions to Bidders
Bidders can submit either in hard copy (preferred) or through email.

If you are submitting electronically, please make sure that the files are in PDF format, properly grouped/organized in line with the listing above.

(a) The Procurement Team will prioritize review of properly organized and labelled documents.

(b) The bidder must quote their prices in Nigeria Naira (NGN).

(c) The bidder must provide a detailed description of the quoted items (if not clearly indicated in the BoQ).

(d) The bidder must issue a Statement of Adherence to Gede Foundations terms and conditions and payment and delivery terms

(4) Gede Foundation Terms and Conditions
(a) The successful bidder must first present a sample/proto-type of the item to Gede Foundation’s Project Officer in Benue State for approval before production.

(b) Payment terms: Payment on satisfactory delivery of items in line with agreed quality

(c) In accordance with tax laws, applicable Withholding Tax will be deducted from the total contract amount and a 1% development levy will be deducted for works/goods supplied in Benue state.

(d) Items will be delivered to Gede Foundation’s office in Makurdi, Benue State on the week of March 22, 2021.

(e) Adherence to Gede Foundation’s Safeguarding Principles (will be sent along with the award)
