INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF 20 NOS. TOYOTA LAND CRUISER PRADO JEEP
(a) PREAMBLES:
Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs in compliance with best practice guidelines and Public Procurement Act (2016) hereby wishes to invite reputable and interested bidders/suppliers with requisite expertise and experience to tender for: The supply of 20 NOS. Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Jeep
(B) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
Interested suppliers/bidders should submit their (EOI) document along with the followings:
(i) Certificate of incorporation
(ii) Registration with the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement (BPP)
(iii) 3 years Current Tax Clearance
(iv) Three (3) years Audited accounts.
( v) Evidence of at least 3 similar projects executed, (certificate completion)
( vi) A sworn affidavit that the company is not bankrupt.
(vii) Evidence of VAT remittance.
(viii) The Company is not bankrupt
(ix) Evidence of PENCOM compliance.
Documents for submission should be accompanied with a forwarding letter duly signed by the CEO or his equivalent to the office of the permanent Secretary, Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, IBB state secretariat complex, Damaturu, Yobe State.
(c) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Interested Bidders are to submit two copies of their Tender Documents in sealed envelope and addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs and clearly marked Tender Document for the supply of Toyota Land Cruiser Prado jeep and deliver to the office not later than 12.00 noon on the 17th March, 2021.
(d) OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENT
All tender documents that are received before the deadline of submission will be opened on 17th March, 2021.
Note: Only pre-qualified suppliers/bidders will be contacted for award of contract.
