EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROCUREMENT OF 114 UNITS OF VARIOUS I.T EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES
The Deutsche Geseitec1haft for Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. “Programme for Migration and Development (PME)” financed by Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, would like to procure 114 Units of Various IT Equipment and Accessories in the Following Lots
| LOT 1: | 66 Units IT Equipment Comprising 14” Laptops, Projector, Industrial Photocopier, Scanner, Laser Printer, wireless Modem.All to be delivered to Abuja, Nigeria |
| LOT 2: | 48 Units IT Equipment Comprising 14” Laptops, Projector, Industrial Photocopier, Scanner, Laser Printer, wireless Modem, Public Address System.All to be delivered to Benin, Edo State, Nigeria |
Accordingly, GIZ invites interested dealers to furnish GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following
(a) Comprehensive company profile
(b) An official letter expressing interest
(c) Evidence of registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Memorandum of Association clearly indicating business area in IT.
(d) Evidence of being financially capable to finance such tender preferably introductory bank letter.
(e) Tax clearance certificate of the last three years indicating an annual turnover of NGN 61,220,000.00 minimum in either of the year 2019/2020.
(f) Evidence of experience with previous similar jobs (supply and delivery of IT equipment). Only third-party evidence will be considered not list of similar jobs.

Your complete documents should not be more than 16 pages. Only complete documents received at the physical address indicated not later than Friday March 26, 2021 by 5pm from the date of this publication will be accepted and considered.
