REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
LEASING / RENTAL, MAINTENANCE / SERVICING, OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT (HEAVY DUTY PRINTER) AND THE PROVISION OF EFFECTIVE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR IOM LAGOS AND BENIN SUB OFFICE
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to engage a Service Provider for Leasing / Rental, Maintenance / Servicing, of Office equipment (Heavy duty Printer) and the provision of effective technical assistance for both Lagos and Benin office for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites : Service Providers with Information technology and Printing services technical skills operating in Nigeria to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Leasing / Rental, Maintenance / Servicing, of Office equipment (Heavy duty Printer) and the provision of effective technical assistance . More details on the services are provided in the Terms of Reference (TOR) (Section II).
The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality -Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.
The project will be implemented given the availability of funding.
Terms of reference include specific information on aims, tasks and terms of project implementation. Budget should be submitted as for unit price in Nigerian Naira (NGN) VAT exempted.
The RFP includes the following documents:
Section I. Instructions to Service Providers;
Section II. Technical Proposal – Standard Forms;
Section III. Financial Proposal – Standard Forms;
Section IV. Standard Form of Contract;
Section V. Vendor Information Sheet and Code of Conduct for Suppliers (attached separately);
Proposals must be submitted in the sealed envelope and addressed to:

Quotation shall be submitted by hand delivery to the above address on or before [04:30pm 10 May 2021]. Late Quotations will not be accepted.
Applications submitted after the deadline shall not be accepted.

The subject of an email for inquiry should contain the following:
NG20-2021_ Lease of Heavy-Duty Printer _ [name of company] _inquiry
The Proposal must be valid for no less than 90 (Ninety) calendar days from the date of bids opening (as a rule, next business day after submission deadline); it should be clearly stated in the bid.
The selection process of the service provider will be carried out during the period defined after confirmation of funding and may include a personal meeting with the staff of the organization in the IOM mission.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers
IOM is encouraging companies to use recycled materials or materials coming from sustainable resources or produced using a technology that has lower ecological footprints.
Quotation delivered beyond the prescribed date and time shall be considered late, the envelope shall be immediately returned to the Supplier unopened. The date and time of submission of the Quotation shall be recorded. A quotation submission log shall be prepared for the purpose.
