REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE REVIEW OF LAGOS STATE POLYTECHNIC IKORODU CAMPUS MASTER PLAN
1.0 INTRODUCTION
The Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu wishes to invite qualified, interested and eligible firms or consortia of consultants, to submit a bid for the review of her Ikorodu Campus Master Plan. The first Master Plan of the Institution was prepared in 1986 and was reviewed in the year 2008.
Hence, the Polytechnic is desirous of carrying out a review of the 2008 edition of the Master Plan.
2.0 REQUIREMENTS
Prospective bidders are required to submit the following documents along with their bids:
i. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)&Form C07;
ii. Duly certified Company Audited Accounts for the last three years (2017,2018&2019);
iii. Current PENCOM Certificate;
iv. Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2017, 2018 & 2019)
v. Evidence of VAT Registration with TIN Number;
vi. Certificate of Compliance from Industrial Training Fund(ITF);
vii. Evidence of Registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency (LASPPA);
viii. Verifiable list of similar jobs successfully executed in the last three years,
ix. Evidence of Financial Capability to execute the project;
x. Company profile and Technical qualification of key personnel with evidence ol experience on similar jobs.
xi. Bidders must show evidence of registration of key Technical Personnel with relevant professional bodies;
xii. The firm or consortium must show evidence of registration with Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC)
xii. Consortium must present evidence of duly executed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the consortium members;
xiv. A Sworn affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of Lagos State Polytechnic isa former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and that no Partner or Director has been convicted in any country for criminal offences related to fraudulent or corrupt practices or criminal misrepresentation or falsification of facts relating to any matter and that all the required documents presented in this bid are both genuine and up to date and
that the company is not under receivership, the subject of any form of winding up petition or proceedings;
xv. Any other document that will enhance the bid
3.0 BID SUBMISSION/CLOSE OF SUBMISSION
The completed bid must be duly registered at the Procurement Office of Lagos State Polytechnic and submitted in three (5) copies, one (1) original and two (2) copies in two separate sealed envelopes clearly marked “ORIGINAL” and “COPIES” and both sealed in a third envelope marked “REVIEW OF IKORODU CAMPUS MASTER PLAN” at the top right hand corner and addressed to: The Registrar, Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Lagos State.
The bid must be dropped into the box in the Registrar’s Office, Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Lagos State.
Submission of bid closes at 12.00noon on Wednesday, 19th May, 2021.
4.0 BID OPENING
The bids will be opened at 12.00noon on Wednesday, 19th May, 2021.
All the Bids shall be opened in the Council Chamber of The Polytechnic as scheduled in the presence of bidders or their representatives. This advertisement serves as an invitation to bidders to witness the bid opening.
5.0 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/DISCLAIMER
This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of the Polytechnic nor shall it entitle any bidder submitting documents to claim any indemnity from the Polytechnic. The Lagos State Polytechnic reserves the right to cancel any or all the processes in public interest.
