RE-INVITATION FOR SUBMISSION OF TECHNICAL BIDS FOR 2021 ROUTINE PROCUREMENT
The National Hospital Abuja had earlier advertised for submission of Technical Bids for Routine Procurements which was to be opened on the 19 July, 2021 but has now been rescheduled due to mistakes in the dates of expiration of some of the eligibility requirements and some technical hitches beyond its control.
In view of the above, bidders are hereby informed that the opening will now take place at 12:00 Noon in the Boardroom, National Hospital, Abuja on 2 August, 2021 and to also note changes in the expiration dates of some of the eligibility procurement as follows:
(i) Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31, December, 2021;
(ii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(iii) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(iv) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31 December, 2021;
(v) Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/12/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(vi) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years- 2018, 2019 & 2020;
