DESCRIPTION
The fundamental mission of UNICEF is to promote the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything the organization does — in programmes, advocacy and in operations. Communications plays a key role in this work. UNICEF Nigeria has a strong need for frequent and high-quality written and visual contents to enhance UNICEF’s visibility. This content is essential to promoting and showcasing UNICEF Nigeria activities, and for donor advocacy and partnerships.
Due to the high volume of content creation needs on the part of UNICEF Nigeria’s Communications, Advocacy and Partnerships (CAP) Section, a long term arrangement is required that will ensure UNICEF can call on expert editors and high quality graphic designers when needed, often on short notice. There is currently limited capacity in-house to carry out editing of multiple documents, and to create digitally designed products aligning with quality standards and matching the needs of the office.
Outside expertise is required to edit text for a variety of end users. These texts (products) may include programme and donor reports, funding proposals, human interest stories, social media posts, web content best practices, investment cases, situation analyses and fact sheets.

All proposals should be submitted via email to ngrsupply@unicef.org on or before 2:00pm Nigerian time on 27 July 2021 with the RFP number used as subject title.
Note that the technical proposal should be separated from the financial proposal.
