DESCRIPTION
The fundamental mission of UNICEF is to promote the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything the organization does — in programmes, advocacy and in operations. Communications plays a key role in this work. UNICEF Nigeria has a strong need for frequent and high-quality visual content to enhance UNICEF’s visibility. This content is essential to promoting and showcasing UNICEF Nigeria activities, and for donor advocacy and partnerships.
Due to the high volume of content creation needs on the part of UNICEF Nigeria’s Communications, Advocacy and Partnerships (CAP) Section, a long term arrangement is required that will ensure UNICEF can call on expert photography, videography and animation services when needed, often on short notice.
Due to the high volume of content creation needs on the part of UNICEF Nigeria’s Communications, Advocacy and Partnerships (CAP) Section, a long term arrangement is required that will ensure UNICEF can call on expert photography, videography and animation services when needed, often on short notice.
In order to capture relevant and high-quality content, the service provider will often need to visit multiple projects/ programmes sites in different field offices and states where programmes are domiciled, to generate high-quality visibility for the country office and for donors.

All proposals should be submitted via email to ngrsupply@unicef.org on or before 2:00pm Nigerian time on 27 July 2021 with the RFP number used as subject title.
Note that the technical proposal should be separated from the financial proposal.
