INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY OF NPK FERTILIZER
Yobe State Government in its policy of providing timely and adequate supply of critical agricultural inputs to farmers across the State,wishes to invite Suppliersforpre-qualification for tenders for the supply of fertilizer to Yobe State Government for 2021farming season
2. In compliance with the policy of due process of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Yobe State, Bureau of Public Procurement Law (2016), the Yobe State, Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources wishes to pre-qualify Suppliers interested to tender for the SUPPLY OF NPK 15:15:15 FERTILIZER
3. Interested Suppliers should provide clear evidences of:
-Registrationwith Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
-Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement (BPP)};
-Evidence of VAT Registration and 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate;
-Detailed company’s profile
-Evidence of similar projects executed;
-Audited Accounts for three(3)years
-Sworn Affidavit that all information presented in the pre-qualification bid are true and genuine.
4 All Responses be addressed to the Permanent Secretary, Yobe State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources Headquarters, Yobe State Secretaríat, Damaturu in three (3) hard copies and One (1) soft copy not later than two (2) weeks from date of this publication (9th July, 2021).

The Ministry reserves the right to reject any pre-qualification submission any time and shall not be liable for any claim from any person or organization on account of responding to this advert and the Ministry shall not go into any correspondence with non-pre-qualified contractor (s) in any form.
