INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE EXECUTION OF PROJECTS
Yobe State Universal Basic Education Board, Damaturu & Universal Basic Education Commission Abuja, UBEC Intervention Fund Projects 1st-4th Quarter 2020 is embarking on SUBEB/UBEC intervention funds projects spread across the 17 LGEAS of the state. The projects are divided into following categories.
CATEGORY I
LOT 1: CONSTRUCTION OF WALLING, FENCING AND BARE WIRING
LOT 2: CONSTRUCTION OF 2 CLASS ROOMS, OFFICE AND STORE
LOT 3: CONSTRUCTION OF VIP TOILETS
CATEGORY II
LOT 4: RENOVATION OF 2 AND 3 CLASSROOMS
CATEGORY III
LOT 5: SUPPLY OF PUPIL’S /TEACHER’S FURNITURE
CATEGORY IV
LOT 6: ELECTRIFICATION OF SEVEN 7 NO OF MODEL SCHOOLS TO THE NATIONAL
GRID
LOT 7: PROCUREMENT OF 100KVA PERKINS GENERATOR AND GENERATOR ROOM
ELIGIBILITY AND CRITERIA FOR TENDERING
a. Evidence of incorporation or business name registration with corporate affairs.
b. Evidence of registration with Yobe state bureau on public procurement Damaturu.
c. Company audited accounts for three (3) years
d. Tax clearance for three (3) yearse. Evidence of financial capability and banking support
f. Experience /technical qualification
g. Similar projects executed in the past
h. Equipment and technology capacity
i. Annual turnover
j. VAT registration and evidence of past VAT remittances
k. Evidence of payment of PAYE and other withholding TAXES due to the state
COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
Interested contractor who wish to tender are advice to pay prescribed tenders fee at the bank and collect their tender documents upon the presentation of evidence of payment from
10:00am daily
SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENT
All tender are to be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked at the right hand corner indicating type of the project tendering, clearly addressed to the Executive Chairman of the board
CLOSING DATE OF TENDER DOCUMENT
The sale and closing of tender document will commence immediately from this day of publication and close after 6 weeks (42 days) respectively.
Any bid submitted after the above date and time will not be accepted
N.B: Only successful contractor will be contacted after opening of the tender
