1. The FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF NIGERIA has received financing from the World Bank towards the cost of the Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project, and intends to apply part of its counterpart fund proceeds for payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT

2. The OGUNNEWMAP now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for PROCUREMENT OF ICT EQUIPMENT Sealed Bids are to be submitted to; Ogun Nigeria Erosion and Watershed Management Project -Additional Financing (OGUNNEWMAP-A F) Project at Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B, 1st Floor Room 232/233, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan Abeokuta, Ogun State within the period of Forty-Five (45) days
from the day of specific procurement notice.
3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procurement method using
a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF
Borrowers 2017 Procurement Regulations edition es per legal agreement (“Procurement
Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Engr. Adenuga Ismail
Adetunji, the Acting Project Coordinator, OGUNNEWMAP-AF, Ogun State Ministry of
Environment, Block B First (1st) Floor, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan,
Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria. e-mail: ogunnewmap@ogunstate.gov.ng and inspect
the bidding document during office hours 0900am to 1700pm hours Monday to Friday at
the address given below OGUNNEWMAP-AF, Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B First (1st) Floor, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke -Mosan, Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria.
5. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the
submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000.00) Only. The method of payment
will be by direct deposit to the account name OGUNNEWMAP A F Account
No:0076579414 Sterling Bank. The document can be collected in hard copy at
OGUNNEWMAP-AF, Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B First (1st) Floor Room
232/233, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria. or through e-mail upon confirmation of receipt of payment for the bidding document.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below OGUNNEWMAP-AF, Ogun State Ministry of
Environment, Block B First (1st) Floor, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan,
Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria on or before 11.00am 20th of September, 2021. Electronic
Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in
the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to
attend the Conference Room of Ogun State Ministry of Environment, Block B First
(1st) Floor, Room 263, Ogun State Government Secretariat, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta
Ogun State, Nigeria on 20th of September, 2021 by 11.00am prompt.

7. Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of Four Million, two Hundred Thousand Naira (N4,200,000.00) Only.
