INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE ENGAGEMENT OF CONTENT CONSULTANT/PROVIDER

INTRODUCTION
As part of the ongoing rehabilitation and upgrade of Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC), the Corporation is looking for a Consultant to provide content for KSMC Radio and Television In Compliance with the provision of the Kaduna State Public Procurement Law 2016, the KADUNA STATE MEDIA CORPORATION on behalf of the Kaduna State Government hereby invite interested, eligible, and competent Consultant to bid for the provision of Content for KSMC TV and Radio Stations.

TENDER REQUIREMENTS

  • Evidence of Corporate Affairs Commission Certificate
  • Evidence of Tax Clearance Certificate 2018, 2019, 2020.
  • Evidence of PENCOM Registration and remittance.
  • Evidence of IFT registration and remittance.
  • Kaduna State Board of Internal Revenue Board Certificate
  • Evidence of current registration with The Kaduna State Public Procurement Authority.
  • Company Audited Account for three years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
  • Evidence of current registration of Business premises with the Kaduna State Ministry of Business Innovation and Technology
  • Technical experience and qualifications of key personnel with evidence of registration with appropriate professional bodies.
  • Evidence of similar verifiable projects successfully executed/completed/on going with attached copies of award letters, payment and completion certificates.
  • Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support.
  • Evidence of VAT registration and remittances.
  • Any other information that would be relevant.

COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
(a) An electronic copy of the Expression of Interest inserted in a Folder to be submitted on the KADPPA e-Procurement portal.

(b) The folder must bear the name, address, and contact number of Bidder, project description clearly marked. CONTROL SUBMISSION:

(c) A hard copy of the Expression of Interest Document are to be inserted in a sealed envelope marked at the top right-hand side as ‘Control Copy’, and dropped in the ‘Control Box’ at the KSMC Headquarters No.1 Wurno/Rabah Road, Kaduna

(d) All the envelopes must bear the company name and contact number at the reverse sides while the “Project Description’ and “Lot No.’ clearly marked at the top left-hand corner of the envelopes and addressed: The Managing Director/CEO Kaduna State Media Corporation (KSMC) No.1 Wurno/Rabah Road, Kaduna. Failure to comply with this requirement of submission for Expression of Interest Documents shall lead to disqualification.

(e) The submission shall be made not later than 12 noon of December 07, 2021

OPENING OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
(a) Electronic copy of the Expression of Interest Document received shall be opened immediately after the close of receipt of bids in the presence of the representatives of the Bidders on the KADPPA e-Procurement portal.

(b) Only shortlisted/qualified consultants will be invited to submit proposals

6.0. GENERAL NOTICE
(a) Only the electronic bids submitted through the KADPPA e-procurement portal shall be considered for prequalification.

(b) This advertisement shall not be construed as contract award or any commitment on the part of the Kaduna State Government or its Agency/Agents; nor shall it entitle any company/firm to make any indemnity from the Kaduna State Government or any of its Agencies/Agents by virtue of such company/firm having responded to this advertisement.

(c) Response to this advertisement does not oblige the Kaduna State Government or its Agencies/Agents to consider responding company/firm’s bid.

(d) The Client reserves the right to accept any Bid, annul the Bid proceedings, or to reject any or all bids at any time prior to Contract award, without thereby incurring any liability, or any obligation to inform Bidders of the grounds for the action.

(e) Late submission shall be rejected.

(f) All submissions must be made in English Language.
