INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE REHABILITATION OF ROAD ALONG IBARAPA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND IBARAPA CENTRAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY TO IBARAPA NORTH LOCAL GOVERNMENT/IWAJOWA LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOUNDARY
This is to notify the General Public and interested contractors who specialise in Highway Construction that Ibarapa North Local Government, Ayete, Oyo State intends to award as contract the rehabilitation of road along Ibarapa North Local Government and Ibarapa Central Local Government Boundary to Ibarapa North Local Government/lwajowa Local Government Boundary.
Length 38.10km are to be patched 7533m2.
Tenders are therefore invited from interested, reputable and competent contractors required for the fulfillment by the interested tenderers as given below.
(i) Each tenderer must have registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Abuja.
(ii) Tenderers must have registered with the State Government or Local Government and paid necessary taxes and fees (Evidence of payment must be attached).
(iii) Evidence or proof that the contractors have handled projects of similar magnitude must also be provided.
(iv) Evidence of Bank Statements to ascertain the financial buoyancy of your Company.
(v) Evidence of documents cataloguing the Area of specialization of your staff.
(vi) Tax Clearance of the last three (3) years.
(vii) Evidence of payment of tender fees of Three Hundred and Forty Thousand Naira (N340.000.00) only which is non-refundable.
(viii) AII tenderers are therefore enjoined to liaise with the Director of Works of Ibarapa North Local Government for job description and specification between the hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
