INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION FOR MIGRATION (IOM)
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR VSAT INSTALLATION WITH MONTHLY VSAT SUBSCRIPTION (BANDWIDTH COVERAGE) PERSERVER FOR NIGERIA IMMIGRATION SERVICE (NIS) LOCATIONS AT SEME BORDER AND LAGOS STATE COMMAND
The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the VSAT Installation with Monthly VSAT subscription (bandwidth coverage) per server for Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) Locations at Seme Border and Lagos state Command for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.
IOM now invites Service Providers to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services:
- VSAT Installation by VSAT provider at Seme Border and NIS Lagos state Command
- 36 months per location VSAT monthly subscription (bandwidth coverage) per server for Seme Border and NIS Lagos State Command
More details on the services are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (TOR).
The Service Provider will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals must be delivered by hand to IOM with office address at 55 Hassan Musa Katsina Street Asokoro, Abuja on or before Monday 18th April 2022. No late proposal shall be accepted and bids not registered in the bidders registry will not be accepted.
IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms Report any solicitation or suspected fraud to OIGIntake@iom.int or go to https://weareallin.iom.int/reports
