INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOW COST HOUSING SCHEME
Jigawa State Government intends to construct low cost Housing scheme, phase III (Two Bedroom semi-detach, 1 block of 4 houses) Houses across the state in the 27no. LGAs. The Ministry is hereby inviting reputable Building Constructions companies to submit prequalification documents including copies of the under listed to the Office of the Director Planning and Research and Statistic, Dutse Jigawa State not later than two (2) weeks from the date of this advertisement (9 May, 2022).
The pre-qualification documents shall consist of, but not limited to the following: –
(1) Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(2) Evidence of registration with Jigawa State Government Registration Board.
(3) Registration with Jigawa State Ministry of Commerce (Business Premises)
(4) Tax clearance for the last three (3) years
(5) Pencom registration
(6) Evidence of financial capability and Banking support.
(7) Company profile including names of key staff and their resumes
(8) Evidence of relevant experience and good performance in similar projects
(9) Annual turnover
(10) VAT registration certificate and evidence of remittances
