Ebonyi State Government is desirous of embarking on the underlisted projects and subsequently requesting for tender from suitably qualified companies

S/NO LOTS DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1 Lot 1 Remodeling reconstruction, renovation/external works of pharmagrade Central Medical Store 2 Lot 2 Construction of solar boreholes with water reticulation 3 Lot 3 Construction of solar mini-grid 100KVA backup generator 4 Lot 4 Construction of solar mini-grid 100KVA with lithium ion battery and 15KVA solar mini grid with lithium ion battery and 100KVA backup generator 5 Lot 5 Supply of HIV test kits, provision of Mama kits and prequalified sulfadoxine/pytimethamine (SP) drugs
Eligibility Status
Contractors are eligible to tender upon the provision of the following evidence:
| 1 | Certificate of Incorporation from the Corporate Affairs Commission |
| 2 | Tax clearance Certificate Register with the Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS) |
| 3 | Evidence of payment up to date the Value/Added Tax (VAT) |
| 4 | Evidence of PENCOM Certificate |
| 5 | Evidence of registration with the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) |
| 6 | Evidence of registration with the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) |
| 7 | Evidence of registration with Bureau of the Public Procurement Commission |
| 8 | Registration of Contractors with the Ebonyi State Ministry of Health |
OTHERS NECESSARY
(1) Evidence of similar jobs done previously with completion certificates
(2) Evidence of Financial capability (Bank Reference)
(3) Attestation that the Company is not under receivership of bankruptcy

Closing date for technical and financial bid submission is 30 days from the date of this publication.
No late submission will be entertained and we are not under any obligation to award the contract to all the bidders especially those who didn’t pass the eligibility status and there is no refund of any expenses incurred in the process of this bidding.
COLLECTION OF TENDER
Interested companies/firms can obtain the Tender Documents online, from Monday, 9 May 2022, to Thursday, 9 June 2022, at a non‑refundable tender fee of N30,000.00 per LOT, payable to the Ebonyi State Government through the Ebonyi e-Procurement system.
