INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION AND TENDER FOR YEAR 2019 TETFUND LIBRARY INTERVENTION PROJECTS
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
The Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun, Osun State Intends to execute Year 2019 TETFund Library Intervention Projects to enhance teaching and learning. In view of the above, the Institution is hereby inviting the interested, competent and reputable contractors to submit pre-qualification documents and tender bids for the projects described below:

(3.0) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR BIDDERS:
(a) Verifiable Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(b) Verifiable Evidence of Company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years (2019, 2020, 2021)
(c) Verifiable current PENCOM Compliance Certificate issued by National Tension Commission
(d) Verifiable current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate
(e) Verifiable current NSITF Compliance Certificate
(f) Verifiable Certificate of Interim Registration Report (IRR) with the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP) showing registration on the National Database of Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers
(g) Current Company’s Audited Account duly stamped and signed by ICAN/ANAN Licensed Auditors for the last three (3)years
(h) Verifiable Office and workshop address (es): NOT P.O.Box but should include telephone numbers of company directors
(I) Verifiable list of executed similar jobs at least Three (3) in the last five (5) years (copies of letter of Award and certificate of completion of practical job etc to be attached)
(j) A Comprehensive Company Profile of Contractor to include verifiable Staff List Certificate of Academic and Professional Qualification of Company Staff
(k) Sworn Affidavit disclosing whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder and to confirm that all information presented in its bid are true and correct and that no director of the firm has been convicted by any court of law and the firm is not bankrupt or in receivership
(l) Evidence of financial capability/evidence of financial backing/reference from a reputable bank
(m) Original bank Statement for the past twelve (12) months and documents demonstrating availability of fund/liquid assets and/or credit facilities from the banker(s) to successfully complete the contract.
(n) Arrangement of the technical documents should follow the order in the list above and appropriately paged. The Technical documents should have a table of content indicating the pages which these items are to be found
(4.0) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS
Bidders are to pick the Financial tender/bid documents from the College’s TETfund Office between 8.00 a.m – 4.00 p.m. on payment of non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand naira (N10.000.00) only payable to Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun, in bank draft and obtain a receipt from the Bursary Department of the College.
(5.0) VERIFICATION OF CLAIMS
Please note that Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun reserves the right to verify claims made in the technical bid documents submitted by the interested contractors.
(6.0) SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Completed pre-qualification and financial bid documents must be in two (2) separate envelopes each appropriately labelled; Technical Bids for TETFund 2019 Library Intervention Project sealed and put in larger third envelope for submission and addressed to:

Osun State College of Education, Ila-Oragun
The tender document must be submitted to: The College TETfund Office, Osun State College of Education, Ila-Oragun, not later than Monday 11, July, 2022 by 12noon. The Opening of both technical and Financial Bids will be at the Council Chamber of the College in the presence of bidders/representatives. The Pre-qualified Companies shall be invited for opening of Financial Bids at a later date.
(7) PLEASE NOTE
Advertisement for invitation to tender shall not be construed at a commitment on the part of Osun State College of Education, Ila- Oragun, nor shall it entitle any contractor to make any claim whatsoever or seek indemnity from the College.
