INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR PROJECT EXECUTION (ADDENDUM)
The Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Enugu wishes to draw the attention of the public to the publication on Page 30 of Daily Sun of Monday, August 8, 2022, and the Federal Tenders Journal in respect of “Invitation for Tender for 2022 Capital Projects, THAT LOT 15S. Awareness Workshop on the Danger of Illicit Drugs, Drug Abuse and Mental Disorders For Youths At Enugu East/Isi-Uzo Federal Constituency, Enugu State was erroneously omitted. All other information on the Monday, August 8, 2022, publication remain valid, except the dates.
However, SUBMISSION DATES OF EOI DOCUMENTS and OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENT are hereby stated below
SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS
Interested companies/firms are to submit two (2) bound expression of interest (EOI) document separated by dividers and arranged as indicated above. The documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Medical Director Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Enugu and clearly marked with (the na project and the lot number) furthermore, the reverse of each sea should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Medical Director’s Office, Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Enugu not later than 12:00 (Noon) on Tuesday, September 13, 2022
OPENING OF EOI DOCUMENT
The EOI documents will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12.00 (Noon) on Tuesday, September 13, 2022, in the Multi-Purpose Hall, Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital Enugu, in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
