RE: REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR DRILLING OF BOREHOLES USING RIG MOTORIZED DRILLERS AND REPAIRS OF BOREHOLES FOR ECHO SAHARA PROJECT IN KAGA AND MAGUMERI LGAs OF BORNO STATE
To all interested Hydro-geological Drilling Companies.
RE: Request for Expression of Interest (REI/JDPC-ECHO-MAID-002-09-08-22 MAIDUGURI) for Drilling of boreholes of 160M+/-10M (In Massa Kolori and Kaalti communities) and 300M+/10M (In Karmowa Community) using Rig Motorized Drillers and Repairs of boreholes for ECHO SAHARA Project in Kaga and Magumeri LGAs of Borno State.
This is a formal request for all interested Hydro-geo drilling company or vendor.
Note: All Interested Company/vendors must submit their interest within Ten days (10) from the date of publication.
Terms and conditions:
Please provide the following information in your REI:
- Price Validity: That Unit price specified should be valid for a Minimum period of Three (3) Months.
- Acceptance of JDPC MAIDUGURI Payments terms 100% payment to be made after Job Completion and counter of signature of Job Completion Form confirming that the work is satisfactory by JDPC Maiduguri.
- A Valid email address that the details of the borehole/ rehabilitation will be sent to after showing interest
- 5% Withholding Tax will be deducted from the total sum for project execution.
- Quotation must be duly Signed, Stamp and Dated
- Provide the Company Profile with experience
- All Quotations must be submitted within ten days (10) from the day you received the details of the Drilling/Rehabilitation
- Job Order (30) will be awarded to the bidder whose bid has been determined to be the best evaluated bid and is substantially responsive to bidding documents.
- In the case of arithmetic error (e.g., discrepancy between unit and total price), the unit price shall prevail, and the total shall be corrected.
- Expression of Interest and Quotation must be Submitted to the two (2) email addresses below: procurement@jdpcma i duguri.org and caritasgermanynigeria@gmail.com
- Quotation must carry this REF No: (RFQ/JDPC-ECHO-MAID-002-09-08-2022MAIDUGURI) Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC)Maiduguri Diocese.
