INVITATION TO TENDER FOR PROJECTS EXECUTION
(1.0) PREAMBLE
The Government of Lagos State through Ojodu LCDA and Water Aid Nigeria with funding support from Kimberly Clark Cooperation under the Sanitation, Hygiene Improvement project hereby invites tenders from reputable and qualified companies for the rehabilitation of water, sanitation and hygiene facilities in selected schools, Primary health care centers and construction of hand washing facilities in public places.
(2.0) SCOPE OF WORK
Lot 1 Rehabilitation of toilets and water facilities in 8 schools Lot 2 Rehabilitation of toilets and water facilities in 5 health care centers Lot 3 Construction of hand washing stands in 2 public places
(3.0) MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
Companies interested in participating in the tendering process are to submit their company profiles which must contain the following:
(i) Evidence of Registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC);
(ii) ONLY Prequalified and Registered Contractors with Ojodu LCDA are eligible to submit bids
(iii) Evidence of Company Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years (2019, 2020, 2021);
(iv) List of certified Board Members showing their designation on the Board
(v) The forwarding letter submitting the bid documents should be signed by the Chairman of the Board or his alternate.
(vi) Resume of key technical staff (Geologist or Hydrogeologist, Civil and Structural Engineer and Electrical or Mechanical Engineer) stating their years of experience, relevant past work done and evidence of membership of a Professional body.
(vii) Verifiable evidence of similar projects previously undertaken, including letters of awards and Completion Certificates within the pass three (3) years; also, indicate the financial value of these similar projects;
(viii) Certified copies of company bank statement in the last 6 months;
(ix) Description and list of relevant equipment owned by the company; include proof of ownership or lease or license over the equipment;
(x) A work plan indicating how the work will be carried out from start to finish and number of days required to complete the work.
(xi) Certificate of participation in site visit duly signed by The Ministry of Environment and Water Resources.
(4.0) SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS AND COMPANY PROFILES
Interested bidders are to submit company profile and BOQ from 28 September, 2022 to 12 October, 2022 between 9.30 am to 3.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays, except on public holidays. Company profile and BOQ shall be in SIX copies (ONE original and FIVE photocopies), containing spreadsheet copy of the completed BOQ and PDF Copies of other bid documents are to be submitted in a sealed envelope indicating the Lot number and addressed to:

Sealed envelopes should be dropped in the Tender Box at the Procurement Office of Ojodu LCDA until 11a.m, of 12 October, 2022. Bid opening shall follow at 12:00 noon of same day at the Conference Hall of the LCDA Secretariat.
(5.0) INFORMATION MEETING AND SITE VISIT
There will be an information meeting by all prospective tenderers on 12 October, 2022, at the Conference Hall of Ojodu LCDA secretariat at 11am. This is a unique opportunity for all tenderers to seek clarifications and ask questions from clients of the project.
