GUIDELINES
When preparing your Bid, please be guided by the following guidelines:
(a) Bid to be submitted on or before close of Business of November 01, 2022 at MLAILPKC Jaji or mlailpkcjaji@gmail.com and counter.piracy2022@gmail.com with subject of email as Establishment of simulation lab
(b) Bid submitted by email must be virus-free and no more than 4 email transmissions to mlailpkcjaji@gmail.com and counter.piracy2022@gmail.com
(c) It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your Bid reaches the address above on or before the deadline. Bids that are received by MLAILPKC after the dead line indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation. If you are submitting your quotation by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the pdf format.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Please previous similar assignments successfully completed in the last three years a re para mount.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
(a) Bidders must be legally registered entity and should Include their Certificate of Incorporation/ Business Registration
(b) Bidders must include their Current Tax Clearance Certificate
(c) Bidders must not be suspended, nor debarred, nor otherwise identified as ineligible by any government, UN Organization or any other international organization.
(d) Bidders must not be declared bankruptcy, is not involved in bankruptcy or receivership proceedings, and there is no judgement or pending legal action that could impair its operations in the foreseeable future
(e) Bidders must not have history of non-performance of a contract for the last three years.
(f) Bidders must not have consistent history of court/arbitral award decisions for the last three years.
PAYMENTS TERMS:
20% initial payment upon signing of contract;
40% upon completion of 60% of the contract;
40% upon full completion of the contract.
