We refer to our publication in New Telegraph and Thisday newspapers of 12th September, 2022 inviting reputable companies with good track record of performance and experience, to bid for the following:

REASON FOR EXTENSION
- Challenges the current flooding along the East-West Road poses to our earlier scheduled bid submission/opening.
- Every other eligibility requirement stated in the referenced publications remains valid

NEW SUBMISSION DEADLINE
Tuesday 15 November, 2022 by 12 noon
- Bid document swill be opened immediately after the close of submission at the 14th Floor Conference Room.
- The tender documents must be delivered in the tender box located in the Procurement Department on the 14th Floor. Nigerian Content Tower, Ox-Bow Lake, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State
- Companies delivering bids are expected to sign the “Tender Register” before submission into the Tender Box.
