INTRODUCTION:
The Ogun State House of Assembly, In compliance with Extant State Regulation and Circulars invites interested competent, reputable and experienced Contractor to Tender for the under-listed Projects:

BIDS REQUIREMENT
(1) Evidence of Registration of Company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) (photocopy of Certificate).
(2) Evidence of 3 years Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years; 2019, 2020, and 2021.
(3) Company Profile indicating Personnel, Equipment and Professionalism.
(4) Bank Reference Letter with evidence of financial capacity.
(5) Copy of VAT Registration Certificate and evidence of Financial Capacity.
(6) Evidence of experience with similar jobs executed in the last 3 years (hard and soft copies)
(7) Evidence of Payment of non-refundable Tender Fee of N50,000.00
(8) Evidence of Registration with the State Ministry of Works and Infrastructure.
(9) Company’s Audited Account for the past three years.
(10) Evidence of 3 Years Tax Clearance Certificate of Two Directors
(11) Evidence of Professional and Technical Qualifications of key Staff
(12) Evidence of settlement of PAYE and other Taxes due to the State, where relevant
(13) Contact Address, Including GSM Numbers and e-mail addresses.
(14) All interested Contractors should contact the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics of the House for collection of Tenders Document with evidence of payment of the prescribed amount to Ogun State House of Assembly, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
(15) Opening of bid date would be communicated later
SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
All submission of bids should be made not later than Fourteen (14) days from the date of this publication (31 October, 2022) in a sealed envelope marked “Bid” on the right corner to the Department of Planning, Research and Statistics, the Ogun State House of Assembly, Oke-Mosan, Abeokuta.
NOTE:
This invitation should not be construed as a commitment on the part of House of Assembly Tenders Board Committee to enter into any form of contract with any Company nor shall it entitle any Company to make claims from the Tender Board.
