REQUIREMENTS
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) Sub Office Ogoja invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the SUPPLY DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP FOR BOREHOLE AT UNHCR ADIKPO FIELD OFFICE BENUE STATE: More details on the required goods and/or services are provided in the attached Scope of work (Annex A – TOR). Notes: UNHCR reserves the right to approach one or more Bidders in order to establish multiple Frame Agreements having been awarded as a result of this tender and negotiate directly with the Supplier(s) to cater for future requirements of UNHCR or any other UN agencies. The successful Bidder shall accord the same prices and terms to other United Nations Agencies, Funds and Programs that wishes to avail itself of such terms.
It is strongly recommended that this Request for Quotation and its annexes be read thoroughly before submitting your offer. Failure to observe the procedure laid out in this document may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.

Your quotation must be valid as least for 90 days. The standard payment terms of UNHCR are 30 days upon satisfactory delivery of goods or services and acceptance thereof by UNHCR.
UNHCR will compile the questions received and will respond to all Bidders participating in the tender competition, shortly after the query deadline.
Scope of works for Borehole installation at UNHCR Office, Adikpo, Kwande LGA, Benue State. Sn Description Quantity 1 Mobilization/Demobilization/Logistics to and from Adikpo borehole site Lumpsum 2 Compress/Flush Borehole for a minimum of 2 hours under supervision of UNHCR WASH Officer for till water is clear and debris free, and disinfect borehole with chlorine (in the presence of UNHCR WASH Officer) 1 3 Procure and install Grundfos/Franklin (pump/motor of 0.75KW/220V/1Hp, 2850 rpm, Head 80-100m) submersible pump complete unit with starter kits and accessories (to be verified by UNHCR WASH Officer before installation) 1 4 Provide and install 3-Core Nocaco cable of 100m and control switch (to be verified by UNHCR WASH Officer before installation) 2 5 Provide for jointing kit and masking tape 2 6 1 inch diameter HDPE pVC pipe of 100m length and accessories (2 Socket, 1Tee, 1 Tangit Gum) for installation from borehole ump to ground surface. 1 7 Test run the installation/Orientation 1 8 Provide for labor Lumpsum 9 Total
