INVITATION TO BID FOR THREE SCRAPPED GENERATORS

(1.0)  INTRODUCTION
The British Deputy High Commission, Lagos has three scrapped generators for sale. To participate in the bidding exercise, please visit the viewing site where the items are stored at the location below:

Location: 4 Reeve Road, Ikoyi, Lagos
Time: 09.30am and 04.30pm
Date: Monday, 28 November, 2022.

You must make an appointment following Instructions below before attending the site

(2.0) METHOD OF APPLICATION
Interested persons/organisations should submit their Expression of Interest titled “BID FOR SCRAPPED GENERATORS” and clearly marking the item(s) bided for. The Bid must be in a sealed envelope and addressed to:

Please Note:
(1)  All Bids must reach the above address not later than 10:00am on Tuesday, 29 November 2022

(2) Bids will be opened on Monday 05 December 2022.

(3) The Highest Bidders will be contacted from 11:30am to 12:30pm on Tuesday 06 December, 2022.

(4) All payments for scrapped generators must be made to the bank accounts of the Mission by the winner (HIGHEST BIDDER) on Friday 9 December 2022.

(4:0) SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
As part of Covid-19 mitigations, admission into the viewing premises will be by appointment ONLY and appointment bookings should be made by emailing. Please email Lagos.Requisitions@fco.gov.uk on or before 24 November 2022 indicating your interest to come for inspection after which a confirmation email will be sent stating your appointment booking has been received.

Prospective bidders will need to sign in/out of the Reeve road Compound gate before proceeding to view the Items and after.

All items bought and paid for must be removed from the BDHC compound on or before 2:00pm Thursday, 15 December 2022.

Please note all Items will be taken as LOTs, and this will go to the HIGHEST BIDDER of each lot only.
