INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF SURGICAL EQUIPMENT

(1) The Yobe State Ministry of Health & Human Services, in furtherance to its statutory mandate, intends to undertake the procurement of Goods under the 2022 Capital Appropriation and in accordance with the extant provision of Yobe State Public Procurement Act, 2016.

(2) The State Ministry of Health & Human Services in pursuit of Yobe State’s Government Healthcare Delivery Policy has created an enabling environment for eligible interested bidders/vendors to submit tender for:

SUPPLY OF SURGICAL EQUIPMENT
Competent Bidders/Vendors wishing to carry out any of the projects are required to submit the following documents in their Technical

• Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria;
• Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2019, 2020 & 2021)
• Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2018, 2019 & 2020);
• Company’s profile;
• Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed.
• Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement.
• Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement’s Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services)
• Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information and obtain set of bidding documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00) from the Director of Planning, Research & Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry of Health & Human Services Headquarters, Damaturu.
• Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Ministry of Health & Human Services Headquarters, Damaturu on or before Thursday, 24 November, 2022 and Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidder’s designated representatives at 12:00 noon.
